York Nails

My daughter went last night for a pedicure and tips they didn’t listen to anything she asked for, gone back in twice today just to be left waiting all I wanted was it to be rectified but no the main lady thinks she’s better than anyone in there 🤣🤣 you forget we’re paying for a service.!

Will never return and tell everyone to avoid.!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
Took my daughter here for her first manicure, they made her wait over an hour while they served people walking in off the street before her. They had finished my pedicure before even beginning my daughters service but only did half a pedicure!!! Please please please save your money and go to somewhere that appreciates their customers. So disappointed that our mother daughter day was ruin by such shocking service, my daughters nails were awful as well!!!!

I visited today stipulating that I only wanted my nails infilled and painted if they had the identical colour I already had on my hands and feet. This is because I am going away and did not have time for a pedicure. They were very rude and very very pushy but because they had the exact same colour on the chart I thought I would just accept the extremely negative attitude. When it came to painting my nails they did not have the colour on the chart that matched and tried to state that bright pink was the same colour as the peachy orange I wanted. Its not about the money its about the service and I feel robbed, disappointed and quite frankly disgusted by their attitude. There are two decent nail shops in Banstead so I would advise avoiding Yorke nails unless you really like to feel like you are doing the nail bar a favour and its really good if you like to be made to feel extremely uncomfortable and robbed when you are asking for a basic service.
