The worst (and most expensive) experience of having my nails done over the 12 years I have been visiting nail salons.
I went in for an acrylic infill with shellac colour and by the time I got home, the shellac was already peeling away. I went back in the next day to have it redone and was initially told that it must have been from "typing on the computer at work", although I hadn't been on a computer in the hour it look for the shellac to peel and have never had this happen to my nails before.
The nails were redone, but by the time I got home they were peeling again. I called up and was promised a full refund and I could come in at any time the next day to collect it. On arrival, the manager said he had since decided he would only give me £20 back (price was £40) and that it was the shellac colour that was faulty and nothing to do with the quality of the work.
This is not true at all - the skin around my nails is damaged, all my nails are different lengths and the actual acrylic powder layer on my nails is chipping off in chunks. I am going to have to get my nails completely removed and redone because of the poor quality of work.
In short, avoid at all costs. You will receive poor quality service for high prices and the management is dishonest.
