I made an appointment today for my daughter and myself for 5.30pm for straight polish on nails and toes.
My daughter arrived on time , whilst I arrived at 5.50, the place was busy so we waited and waited...
There was another lady waiting who said she did not have an appointment so was prepared to come back the following day.
At 6.30 when I asked how much longer it would be, they started my daughters nails while I went to get the cash.
When I returned the lady who had no appointment was called to get her nails done while I was told they couldn't fit me in!!!!!!
My daughters nail smudged before we got home as they were rushing her!
I had been going there for years and just before covid they changed management and the service has gone downhill ever since.
I managed to get an appointment elsewhere and will never set foot in there again !

I've been getting my nails done here for many years and I've never had a problem. They always do a good job and are very friendly and efficient. They do american pink and white as well which is a real bonus. I would recommend them and their prices are very reasonable.

The price was reasonable especially since I was able to get a student discount. A few mistakes were made like a nail flew off when it was being filed but otherwise it was ok. They don't have a wife range of colours though but they are nice and make sure you're nails are perfectly dry and the nails last and are strong. Would recommend if you have patience and are willing to take 1 hour + to do your nails.

Avoid at all costs! Got shellac done sat NIGHT one of the nails was chipped by Tuesday morning. As I had work, I called to say I'd be in weds morning to get it fixed. The reply was "ok but you will have to pay it's been a week" since when 3 days became a week, who knows. Told her it's Tuesday no way has it been a week(even for shellac to chip after a week is not good) the response was to talk over me and say ok come in anytime but you have to pay, bye bye bye. No thanks, I'll be going back to my usual! even though I'll be paying another £20 to fix this places bad service

I disagree with the other 2 reviews, the service is great. The 1st time I was there I made a dent in 1 of my nails while waiting for them to dry and when they came to check my nails they noticed and fixed it. They also insisted I wait until my nails are completely dry before they let me leave!

I was here last saturday to do the nails and the next day on sunday the skin around the nails coming out the nail polish star to coming off as well i was so upset i would NOT recomend this place

Had a manicure here. It was OK but chipped off after only a day. I went back to the store but all they said was 'yeah that happens'. I've had manicures elsewhere and they lasted more than 1 day. I would not recommend.
