Over priced !! Owner the most rude man,
No idea of customer service
My daughter first shellac nail pain 10 year old . It lasted 2 days . Cost £42 she was so upset on holiday. I texted Kelley owner and got rude message back.
My husband pedicure £38
Disgusting job and rudeness on top. Puts pressure on clients to pay by cash.

Good job on my nails but staff could be more customer friendly especially the older male gentleman there . If You can look beyond the service it’s fine .

Had my nails done at this salon, only to find that 24 hours later the colour had turned from pink to brown. Of course I went back to ask if they could be redone and instead I was blamed for "touching something chemical, like hair dye" and told "don't give me that, you must have done something". I do not use harsh chemicals, or hair dye. They then filed them down so that the colour was matte, and would only use a clear polish on the top - refusing to do another colour. These people were extremely rude and unhelpful, the most appalling customer service I've ever experienced.

This is the best nail salon ever, the people are very friendly and extremely professional. My daughter and I only go to London Nails for our manicures and pedicure. Highly recommended!
