TOTALLY unprofessional. They falsely got me to sit there and wait about 45minutes, after saying that the wait wouldn’t be long.
Only to be ‘prepared’ by a lady who doesn’t do nails (she just filed them), whilst almost everyone scurried to the back to eat (there were 4/5 people working at the station when I walked in). I was then met by another lady who said that she did NOT want to speak to me anymore when I was explaining how my experience had been so far (the wait). So incredibly rude. Stay far away. One man, the owner he said, said he’d try to sort it but never directed any instructions to his rude member of staff once. To be honest I’ve done my nails there before and they broke after a couple of days but I was desperate this time and they said it wasn’t going to be a long wait. I will never go again.

****ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!****
I have never booked an appointment to get my nails done here, I always just walk in and they see me, though for a walk in to repair a broken nail, I suddenly need an appointment or must come back later.
I came back later in a rush to get me done started filing down the nail as soon as she stuck it on so the false nail glued bent and not straight to my natural nail.
I told her immediately it’s not straight and she started to add the acrylic, saying it will be fine. After asking me to put my hand in to dry, I could feel that my finger wasn’t laying flat because the nail was bent, overlapping my hand laying flat. I repeated that it wasn’t straight and asked her to take if off and put another nail on straight.

After being a loyal customer for nearly 10 years, today is the last time this place will get my money.
Having got to the shop this afternoon and showing the tech what I wanted, I then move along to get my nails painted only to be told they don’t have the Colour- not the end of the world so I choose another- they don’t have that either.
The nail tech then rushes me to choose another colour and says I need to hurry up as she has another client.
So that makes me feel as if I’m not a client.
She then goes and does this other client and leaves me waiting for 45 mins then comes back to me without an apology.
I had to pay for the privilege of being treated this way.
I am so over Lilly’s and their poor customer service and it might not mean much to them but they will never see me or my money again.

Very disappointed but not surprised as this isn't the first time this has happened. Going back a second time was a mistake , pedicure was way too cold, products still left on my feet. I also got a manicure, my niece could do better job colouring my nails, nothing is within the line just very disappointing, my feet also chipped with an 1 hour. when i called up they said they can't do nothing for me which doesn't surprise me they have my money,my advice is learn your trade properly and deliver a good service to your customers. Staff are always in a rush to go home or too busy chit chatting and not getting the job done properly.

Very clean friendly salon. I've had my nails done here about 4 times and have always been happy with the result. They do a great foot spa/pedicure too, and in the summer months they have air con, which I've appreciated.

Amazing service. Really relaxing environment. Lovely staff who really know what they're going and don't bore you with small talk. Will go back time and time again and have recommended it to all my friends. Make sure to book in advance though as it's very popular.

I like this place. Although you can get refills cheaper all along Walworth Road, you truly (as one nail technician in Lilly's told me) do get what you pay for. Within a week or so, other acrylics can start chipping away or lifting but I believe the quality is better here, hence me using this place.
