Lilly & Leon are the very best in the business. I have been using this salon for over twenty years. My children love coming here as they are like family. They go above & beyond to make my children happier while they wait. Cuddles for the children are always on offer even when we are passing by. I have used other salons when abroad however nothing compares to the quality & professionalism. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this salon for many years now and find Linny and leon to be brilliant nail technicians. They also offer a superb pedicure where not just the aesthetic but They also treat all those hard skin issues which you would normally go to a chiropodist for.
So well done to the team at Crystal Nails!

I’ve been going to this salon for years and having tried other salons, I can truly say that [they] are masters of their craft. They really pay attention to detail and give good advice. I am always happy with my nails. As for the pedicure…the best I’m town by far! But the best thing about this salon is they treat you like ‘family! - [They] really care for their customers, and there’s always tea/coffee, biscuits or other snacks on offer too!! Love them!♥️♥️

Lily and Leon are fantastic nail technician who care about their customers. Since moving to South Woodford I have been getting my nails and pedicure done there. They give professional advice and are not in it just for the money. They could charge far more. I would recommend them to anyone. They offer a family friendly service as well as one to the community. They are both kind and compassionate as I've seen them deal well with vulnerable customers and those with additional needs. Long may their business continue.

I think it is hard to find a decent nail salon at a decent price. You always get a quick, reliable and good service, but most of all an honest one. Lilly is always honest about what would look good and not, even if it is the cheaper option which just shows your not getting ripped off. I would highly recommend them, and have been going their since i moved to South Woodford two years ago. But you must book in advance as they are always busy, unless it's just something really quick then you'll probably be able to get it done.

We've been going to Crystal Nails for years. The small shop is always welcoming and happy to help and provide great service and fantastic nail styling. Location is very convenient and easy to get to.
Highly recommended for great value and lovely nails!

I have been going to crystal nails for over 5 years. The service is excellent. The staff are very professional and make sure that customers are happy at all times. They pay lots of attention to detail and I have always been happy using their service. The prices are fair and I would definitely recommend this nail salon to others.

Lily is a very lovely lady, she always recognises you and she does a great pedicure! She pays close attention to detail and will listen if you ask her to do something differently. The staff are very friendly and they will always try to fit you in if they can!

Friendly people although the actual service of the nails itself really depends on the staff member that does them for you. A few times I have left disappointed unable to approach them about the matter as my nails have already been on my fingers and were unable to remove. but usually uneven sized nails for your specific size. paint job is good but nothing special. I wouldnt recommend this service to a friend as it is nothing close to amazing as to what your paying for. Good Luck though.

I have visited this little but very friendly place for over 3 years. Their work is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them. The staff are very nice attentive.

I went to Crystals as they were local & could fit me in without a booking. My manicure wasn't great, uneven sized nails and roughly painted by a member of staff who didn't take constructive criticism well. My pedicure on the other hand was great, lasted longer and was done by a much friendlier lad

I went to crystal nails for gel powder extentsions and they are close to home,i found them professional and friendly,the salon was very clean and the staff were friendly and took their time and didnt feel hurried,would go back for other treatments in the near futre.

Place is a bit tiny and sometimes really packed , but i liked the work they did which is the most important, staff is friendly and talks good english. Will go back again.

i went there one weekend and had them do my nails..it was soo bad!!! the people were soo rude and the place was soo dirty and it really smell. i would never go there again!!they just rush it thu and take ur money...e!
