Kim's Glamorous Nails

HELL HOLE!!! STAY AWAY!!! First they started the appointment 35 minutes late. Then owner was rough with filing and made my fingers bleed. Then she used the same nail file on someone else. When I asked her to fix a dent in the nail polish she made fun of me in front of the other customers saying I was too picky. Then she made fun of me in Chinese language to staff - she doesn't realise I understand Chinese! Also the shop is extremely filthy and unhygienic - they need to clean it. Don't be fooled by the lower price here it's not worth it for your dignity or health!!

A manicure or pedicure is supposed to be a pleasurable experience for the client. I went for the first time today and Kim was rushing between about four clients. Each of us getting a coat and then moving on to the next.
The client should have the undivided attention of the technician so I won't be returning.

I've been going to Kim's Nails for over 9 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! The service is very good and regardless of how my nails look when I walk in, they always look great when I walk out! I don't remember one visit where I've not been offered a drink which can be hit and miss nowadays in beauty salons! Kim and her staff are always friendly and the prices are very reasonable for the service given.

I would highly recommend visiting Kim's to anyone!

I started going to Kim for 'pink and white' tips in December 2001. Kim is one of the very best nail technician's there is. I study peoples nails and have rarely seen such a high standard of nails on anyone else.

Kim's manner is second to none. She always manages to accommodate clients, and I would never consider going anywhere else. I know they could never provide the same impeccable service and warm friendly welcome.

I've been going to Kim's for my nails for the last 9 years. Not only is she professional but she's also really friendly and makes you feel at home. All the team are lovely and their work is at a high standard. I would highly recommend Kim's for nails, eye lashes, eye brows and good conversation!

I have been visiting kims nails, south woodford for about 5 years, I find the staff both professional, and pleasant to deal with I always look forward to my visits. My nails are good, and the chat is great. If they have time, always offered a hot drink. The prices competitive. I feel more like I am visiting friends, all in all a good experience. I like it. ?.

I have been a regular customer at Kims Glamorous Nails for the last 11 years and over the years I have recommended many friends to the salon. I have always been delighted with the results and also always enjoy visiting the salon which is both friendly and professional. Kim and her team can do beautiful designs and have original ideas as well as doing great more classic manicures and I always get lots of compliments on my nails. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend this salon.

I use Kim's for pedicures. It's always a treat. It's true the staff don't chat much to the customers but I think that's because they don't all have a lot of English. Otherwise I find them friendly and attentive. I use regularly and always enjoy and am pleased with the results.

The service is very poor. I went there with a design in mind (I must admit it was not a plain design). The ladies there were annoyed at me for asking something personalised when I am ready to pay! I was there for more than 40 mins but they dint bother to even speak to me. They spoke in their won language (not sure if it was about me). When I initiated a conversation, they hesitated to even speak! They were very rude. It was a lonely and depressing experience. Finally the design looked rubbish and I washed off my nail and redone it myself at home again! I I simply paid £15 for nothing!

Kim's Glamorous Nails is really good. My nails look absoutly lovely and my Grandma loves it too. I will be going back in a few days to get my toe nails done for my summmer holiday. It is reasonable priced as well. The only downfall is that when i walked to ladies just ignored us and carried on talking but then the man came in and was really helpful. There is 2 really nice people there. Well worth getting your nails there. 'xo
