Star Nails

This was the most apalling manicure I have every had. My nails were filed into a square without me bring asked what shape I wanted. The shellac was so slap dash that I could have applied it better myself. The owner agreed and tried to take it off but as it had just been applied it was so difficult to take off then had to use an electronic file. This took off most of the top layers of my nails. I was so upset that I didn't want then to even touch my nails. I left with them in a terrible state- 7 weeks later they are still brittle and broken.

I was basically banned from the shop because I wasn't happy with a nail that I didn't make a fuss about so girls be care full because if your not happy with something don't be speaking out you could get banned but its ok Star nails I spent a lot of money in your shop on all them lovely hand designs now Ill be spending at a shop where they don't have problems.

I've visited StarNails many times in the past and still do. The staff are friendly and professional; they're skilled in what they do. Kudos to them.
