Good service over all but one lady in particular didn’t put the time and effort to take off my nails colour properly, as I was getting refill. Ended up with awful looking nails at the back. Wanted to get them fixed or get some discount at least and all they did is made it worse by making my nails thinner from the inside.
Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been going here for about 8 months & I have to say they are all lovely. I've had my nails done by a variety of staff (male & female) & they've all been pleasant. The only downside is they are so busy, that if you go there on a Saturday, it's difficult to be seen straight away. But it's nice to go somewhere that's so popular & most people choose to go there than the nail bar across the road. Also remember to carry cash because they only take cash only. Tip: Pay before you have the nails done so you don't have to go into your purse/bag & risk smudging your varnish!

Awful customer service. The guys are pretty friendly but the women are rude, one in particular is very abrupt and miserable. She tried to charge me more for filing my nails down, surely that's part of the job?! I've also had my cuticle 'burned' in the past! Won't be going back.

She Made my cuticles bleed, I asked for antiseptic or tea tree oil and she didn't understand what I wanted. Finally when the bleeding wouldn't stop she went and got some antiseptic liquid. My cuticles look raw and sting. I won't be going back.

I've been using USA nails for 4 years now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
I do book appointments so that I see either Leanne or Vann who are particulary good as well as quick at what they are doing. The shop is always very busy compared to the nail bar directly opposite... what does this tell you ??
Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back.

Very good nail bar! Just dont get the guy who sits nearest the window, he needs a bit more experience.
