Li's Luxury Nails

This is by far the best nail shop in the local area. I have tried other shops and have had problems with nails chipping and changing colour etc. Not so with Li's. Nails always look Fab and last up to 3 weeks without any problems. Would highly recommend...

I regularly use Li's for all my nail treatments and waxing. Li and her staff are great. The waxing is fast, very affordable and and Li's great technique makes it as painless as it can be.

Excellent long lasting nails and pedis.
Shellac lasts nearly 3 weeks.
Totally recommend for nail work.

Great place for manicures and pedicures (although not sure I'd go there for any other beauty treatments). The staff are really friendly and always do a good job- the varnish lasts longer than when I've had my nails done at anywhere else of a similar price-it's very good value.

I moved to Angel recently so needed to find a new place to get waxed, the last place I went to in Kensington was very basic and cheap (£25 for Hollywood) and they were amazing, so I thought may as well test out a basic salon before splurging out on a fancy place. Li's Luxury nails seemed OK and they have loads of certificates posted on their walls. I went in for a Brazilian, I was made to feel comfortable which was great but it was as basic as it gets, I felt like I was sitting in a cupboard. I didn't get a sense of great cleanliness either, there was alot of other people's hair stuck on the bottles of lotion.. She did an OK job, but it was very fiddly and I had to get hands on myself which I'm not sure is usual- surely they should do all the work? Anyway what has made me come here to comment was my reaction to the cream that was rubbed on after the wax. It gave me thrush, I have never had thrush before! You would think they would be careful with the type of lotions they rub onto such sensitive areas- so all in all, sensitive women- be warned! Great staff but very sloppy otherwise... maybe just stick to the mani/pedi's!
