I was made to wait ten minutes for a parcel to be scanned because of their poor organization and when I asked when they can take my evri parcel the female staff there verbally abused me, called me names, and actually followed me out of the shop to continue to verbally abuse and call me names outside of the shop. I had to call a security guard to protect myself from further attack and abuse. News on the wharf is the worse newsagent i have ever been to.
