I've dropped off parcels to Hamish many times, and never encountered any rudeness or problems.

Went into Hamish 1 in Mill Hill to return 3 parcels today The lady who was working behind the counter unhelpful, rude, and abrupt with me because I presented her with QR codes for the parcels. I am in my 70s I had no idea what I needed to do with regard to printing the PR codes out. She refused to help me, however a nice customer who was in the shop noticed the rude way the lady at Hamish 1 was speaking to me and printed off the self adhesive labels for me. Dont use this shop as staff are rude and unhelpful.
