I visited today to post parcel had not used the app before asked for assistance young man responded angrily over there I nearly ,fell over ll all the parcels thrown all over the floor could not get it to work he shouted at me don't you not listen ! This man was extremely rude ignorant , if it was not for the lovely kind woman in the que that helped me I would have walked out of the shop nearly in tears at his rudeness . The heart is for the kind woman as for the guy serving to treat an older person in this manner is dreadful , he needs to learn to have some patience kindness dread to think how he treats his family he is a disgrace should think about how he treats others shame on you .
