Horrible service, very rude shop staff. Ignorance and racial! Informed about Yodel service. This shop as collection and drop off pint is not good, they don't meet up with customers needs at all.

Extremely rude and ignorant employees - one in particular
Never want to accept parcels - although they are supposed to be a Yodel Drop Off Point!
Would not recommend this place to anyone, go to Westport Wine for Yodel where they have better manners

Hi Paul, if you bring in a parcel the size of a washing machine no shop will accept it. Even if you go to post office they will reject it. you have to organise your own postal service VIA online where the Courier will come to your house and collect it. Please read your return policy before you return your parcels. Please don't make false accusations and write reviews which are not true.

it has good prices plus they get stuff from the USA but the opening time not true today I went there at 8:30 it was close and here it says 7:30 that a little mistake of timing or they did it like that because of the temperature. But its the best quick's cheap shop ever.

They are supposed to be a Yodel Direct shop, every time you try to drop off a parcel there it's either 'The system is down' or 'We are full come back later'
This has happened five times in a row now!! Would not recommend to anyone!

please be advised this is not a Post office. the shop is limited to number of parcel it can take. Feel free to use other services instead of making crap up.

Please be advice the System is always working. If you Come the shop with a Expired Return Code which was in your case how is it the shops fault? The shop keeper will tell you the truth and will ask you to get a new return code. Please don't get your knickers twisted and write bad reviews for no absolute reason. I understand customers come from far while carrying the package and if rejected they have to carry it back and it frustrating.

A disaster. They are supposed to be PAYPOINT store and nothing ever works. I went to drop a UPS parcel and the machine "was broken". I went to collect some Randox tests and the codes "did not work" (although is most likely the owner messed it up). Is ok if you want to pick up some goods, do not expect anything more, the owner is a bit clueless.

PAYPOINT don't deal with UPS parcel mate. Only Collect Plus service. Get your Facts straight. If your RANDOX code didn't work please speak to your provider you got the code from before making accusations that the owner messed it up which is NOT possible as you have the code.

Fully stocked up shop, excellent customer service, anything you need which is not available in the shop just ask the guvnor on the till and you'll find it the next day. All their products are GB products none of your European carp. This store just brings back childhood memories when entering.

Very good shop except that alot of the stuff is overpriced so i would recommend buying sweets and such from the shop next to it. i go there all the time with my friends after school (im 12).
