Never in my life have I experience anything like this.

At 9pm at night I went to Jazz news to buy a piece of pocket tissue. As I pay and go the shop keeper creams at me and yells decline, you are poor you have no money in your account.

I was in utter shock, never in my life have I been yelled out by a shop keeper let alone been met with such aggressive verbal comments. I try again & the the payment is unauthorised, (it’s a visa credit card) unsure why the payment didn’t go through. I give the older shop keeper the tickets and tell him it’s rude to speak to anymore like that. They spoke to me as I wasn’t human and was terrified. The second shop keeper ( roughly 6ft and 70-80kg) pushes me out the shop, physically assaulting me and leave me with a shoulder blade injury.
