Very rude staff, They think they are doing you a favor . If you want to drop off UPS parcel, forget about it as they dont know how to do it and wont text or email you a receipt(most drop off points provide a text or email confirming)..with so many UPS drop off points I was very unfortunate to choose this one as all I experienced was incompetence and neglect. Terrible communication , VERY nasty experience. Such a waste of time
