The man who runs this shop is incredibly rude, to the point of wondering if he's fit to run such an establishment.

I personally have used his shop for parcel returns and he ALWAYS complains about the size of the parcel, or that I should have come in the morning,
or that there are too many, or just blatantly refuses to do his job and boasts that I'm free to complain about him if I wish.

I don't go to a corner shop to have long discussions with the person behind the counter, these are quiet transactions anywhere else.

You will also not miss the fact that he was harassing the person there before you in the queue and he harasses the one after you in the queue.

Cockfosters is a quiet and decent neighbourhood with cultured, polite and busy people. This man's behaviour ruins many people's days and it is no surprise
to see the number of complaints about him online.

I found all the staff very helpful and courteous.

Unreasonable and rude shopkeeper on 2nd Sept 2020.

Shop keeper/cashier was unreasonable and rude. I popped in to hand over parcel to return to Amazon (via Hermes) which should have been a simple job with a scanner. But Shop keeper asked me to type in my name in a machine but my name came in another alphabets but not in English. He blamed me for not doing it right. Then he asked me to sign but the same machine did not work and he blamed for it too. When I asked him to be polite as it was not my fault, he got angry and asked me to take the parcel and go to another shop which I did in Southgate without any problems. First and the last time to this shop. He is the rudest person I have ever come across. I have written to Hermes as well.
