Again and again I am greeted by a sales person in this newsagent (usually a young girl) on the phone. They then need to be prompted to put the phone down and do their job.... I have written a review to highlight this issue a little while ago...I am very much in favour of supporting small local businesses but in turns they need to get their customer service right. The last thing I need on a Sat. morning is to be rudely served buying my morning paper. The girl this morning (6.6.15) eventually put the phone down but no apology was offered just a look as if to say ' so what'
