Dropped my parcels off and then 3 days later I had buyers saying not received so checked the tracking and tracking said the parcels were still at Roseland News.
Went into the shop and first guy said my parcels were not there, then the other guy showed my parcels to me, one guy said courier didn’t come then the other guy said he did come, one guy said the other guy wasn’t working the day the parcels were dropped off yet I was the one who dropped the parcels off and he took my mobile number!!!
Absolute lying clowns.
