Everbest

Because there was a queue at the post office a few doors from Everbest, I went in to buy a stamp. asked a member of staff if they sell stamps. He looked me up and down and told me they only sell first class stamps in a way that implied that I may not be able to afford it. I said no problem, how much? He told me the cost of a pack of six stamps. I asked if I can buy just one. He said yes in an unpleasant way and told the person behind the till to charge me £1 for it. Everywhere else one 1st class stamp costs 85p. I won't be shopping there again.
