Exceptional service. Extremely kind and caring lady and gentlemen. Was very worried by the sudden dryness of my eyes. I was given a thorough, patient examination using excellent up to date modern eye equipment. I was shown the image of my eyes captured by an eye x ray machine. And told in detail about the elements shown in the image. Very educating and reassuring. It was explained to me that my eyes were good. Eyes drops to help my dry eyes were recommended and I was updated with new prescription lenses and frames which I could collect the following day. They clearly care very much about their clients. I can't imagine there is a better alternative in London. They are simply the best. Caring, efficient experts.

Went for an eye test and was amazed by the technology the opticians had. Great service.

Wonderfully friendly service - much better than all the larger chains. You get treated like a human being, not just another sale. Would recommend!
