Such was their professionalism and dedication to ensure that everything was right for me, I have to continued to use them for additional pairs of spare glasses. Great service, I have been a customer for nearly 20years and Mr Chatoi and Team have always been extremely helpful and friendly.

I attended a normal eye test a few months ago, which I feel if I had gone to Specsavers or any other chain, I would have had problems. Due solely to the quality of staff, and the modern equipment at Chatoo, the lovely Andrea (please take that the right way) discovered I had issues, which would have otherwise gone undiagnosed, and become a real problem for me. She immediately referred me to Moorfields Eye hospital, and since when the situation has improved to the extent I can write this review; I am a real fan of Chatoo - thanks for your excellent help!

An excellent service and very thorough. Everyone who dealt with me were extremely nice and explained what they were doing (unlike some of the well known chains of opticians who are only interested in your money). A good range of frames and reasonable prices. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent, was recommended by work colleague. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Helpful, informative, speedy. What more can I say? some people think their prices on glasses are high but they usually have something suitable on offer or in a sale. I won't be going anywhere else.

Very friendly service. My friend has a very big astigmatism and the large optician chains were unable to deal with her problems. This optician dealt with her very professionally, even though she does not even speak good English.

S Chatoo & Associates is the best optican I have ever been to. They were completely thorough and professional in all the tests they did on me, ensuring I had the right prescription. My father had glaucoma so they did extra tests on me to measure my eye pressure, plus field of vision. Again, I was very impressed. The spectacle prescription is perfect, the best I have every had. I can see very well plus there is no strain on my eyes whilst with my former optician, the spectacle prescription was not quite right, which caused eye strain and discomfort. Additionally, I have fantastic looking spectacles, they look great on me, and at an excellent price too. Finally, they had the spectables ready for me within 24 hours -- amazing. Whilst with my last optician, it took one week. They do all their work in house, which gives me even more confidence. S Chatoo and team are very friendly and were really great with me as a customer.
