I received excellent professional and cordial service from Bryony at the Southfields location. She provided a perfect repair of my spectacles in just one day and made sure I was aware when they were ready.
Most of all, she demonstrated an enthusiastic and kind personality at all times. A great employee for the company.

Receptionist is a little fierce, (confirmed today by a friend of mine) but having made her laugh, she thawed.
The important bit. I was treated to testing by a lady - professional perfection in my layman opinion, and utterly charming, polite, patient, and in tune with my silly, but wholly innocent, sense of humour.
I cannot recommend this business highly enough, provided you are not too delicate to be intimidated upon arrival.
PS: For the designers of the submission forms, RECEIVE is spelt RECEIVE and not 'recieve' - never mind, I am told spelling is considered elitist.

I returned to Wheeler and Kirk 4 years after relocating to live in France, having found that, brilliant though the health sytem is in France for everything else, eye check-ups and spectacles are very expensive.
The service was, as ever, wonderful, and I was given an unhurried and thorough check-up. Just under an hour later I left, having ordered new glasses, and feeling re-assured and completely satisfied.
And today, in time for Christmas, my new spectacles have arrived safely in the Languedoc, ready to wear. Thankyou Wheeler and Kirk!

Really good thorough service for eye checks and very good value indeed. Last time I went it showed that my eyesight had actually improved and I no longer needed glasses at all. I've never had that at Spec Savers!

The moment I walked into Wheeler & Kirk I was greeted by a charming lady (Sharon, I believe) who, it was evident, knew what she was talking about. No hard sell - just informed advice presented with a smile. Frankly, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my glasses - prices were highly competitive too! John F
