The new owners could improve their business by not treating their customer's with such barefaced contempt. I've been a client since the age of five as well as my family of six and we have all left because the new owners have taken over a much loved business and literally disrespected the hands they want to feed them. From an Ex client, born in Brixton in the 60's.

Like the comment above, this opticians once was a welcoming place. However, since the take-over of new owners, this opticians have gone down hill. With bad customer service, and delays in order, I have since left and will not recommend this opticians to a friend.

The store had a refit in last few months.The customer service leaves a lot to be improved-rude and unnecessarilly abrupt with me and a customer before me.This happened on both occasions I visited the store.Its a shame as I prefer to suport independent traders rather then big chains.Shall not be visiting this store again or recomend it to friends
