Two of us visited today and were ignored by three members of staff. Two were endlessly laughing and chatting to a rather loud customer and the other was walking around, I’m not entirely sure what she was doing but it clearly didn’t involve greeting or serving customers. We were both looking for new glasses and both found frames that we liked but after 10 mins without as much as a hello we walked out. Paying customers are how you stay in business. It doesn’t take two of you 10 mins to serve one customer, even the loud attention seeking type, and looking up to say hello is basic good manners. I came home and found the frames you were selling for £220 for just £113 online. One more reason why you really should value customers who walk through the door ready to spend.
