Absolutely appalling service. Long waits for anyone to answer the phone and when you do you are inevitably cut off. I called to change my address and asked when my next lens were due - suddenly they couldn’t here me and the line went dead. No call back and now getting unavailable. Bern like this for my two year tenure with them. Definitely won’t be going back
Would not use this branch again. Not even sure my eyes were tested correctly.
