Don’t TRUST SPACSAVERS ILFORD
Their agent confirmed on Monday glassess will be delivered on Wednesday the 13/10 however you have delivered them on 12/10 and handed someone in my house.
On the Wednesday the 13/10 when I spoke to the agent in the store she confirmed to me glassess coming during the day on 13/10 and advised I m gonna have to hold myself available as this information was incorrect provided by people/agent which wasted all of my day.
I phoned on 14/10 waiting on the phone till 1006 my call was not answered.
When I spoke to to you people today the 15/10 at 0925 telling me the glasses delivered on 12/10 at 1400.
Further to the customer service manager I spoke to he disrespected and swearing at me instead of resolving this matter He was instigating me to say something and was waiting for me to react, this stupid idiot telling me to come to store he will beat me.
Moreover about the call made, stupid idiot customer service manager terminated the call while I was talking, his behaviour has disturbed and stressed me to stopping me to going to work and perform daily task.
I suggest you people to stop shop at spacsavers as they are liars and threatening customer.
