The resident optometrist - the most agressive and rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to meet in business. I was told by a chap who works with her that a consultation for contact lenses would not cost me anything. She had been rude on the phone earlier and when I arrived she told me to pay £40 first for an eye test. When I told her there had been a misunderstanding she went crazy telling me I expected everything for free and she got up trying to usher me out of her shop shouting "I don't need your money" and telling me to "get lost". Didn't listen to me. Not cool
