I would like to say I went to optical express at Eastcheap clinic at Monument, I would like to say a special thank you to a very nice young lady by the name Of Ope, she was very polite calm and very friendly, she help me when I could't understand what the young man was asking me over the phone because of his accent , she even call head office to ask for a 24 month free interest from the rest of my monthly payment. I was very happy with that, search a lovely young lady, she look after my eyes and explain everything. to me.

Optical Express staff, and especially their Manager Reiza are wonderful! Really helpful with sincere advice always given. The manager is super attentive and receptive to any queries. Always friendly and know what they're doing.

Walked in to get my sunglasses fixed in between work. Pleasant and polite staff fixed it within a few minutes. Provided advice on how to best look after the glasses. Very happy with the prompt, professional service received

Unfriendly, unprofessional customer service. Didn't tell me about the special offers. Incorrectly measured my prescription. Made glasses up in wrong prescription. Can't see out of glasses. Asked for refund. Was told to come back for retest. Measured prescription wrong again. Made new glasses in wrong prescription again. Still waiting for a refund.
What a poor excuse for an opticians. Avoid like the plague!
