I had LASEK eye surgery on the 29th February 2021 at Optical Express in Harley Steet and have regretted it ever since. I constantly have pain in both my eyes and have told them multiple times but have been ignored on the severity of my issue and my pain. I have been recommended to put hot towel on my eyes and wash with warm water or put eye gels on but this does nothing. I wake up multiple times during the night to put the eye gel on as my eyes feel like sand paper, stick together like I’ve shut them with super glue and that’s just during the night. During the day I have blurry vision, I see everything mixed and am in constant pain. My life has been destroyed, my work life has been destroyed and I wish I never had this surgery WITH THIS COMPANY as their after care is terrible. Everyday my vision and pain is getting worse and they do not care at all. I have been to see them multiple times and I feel less heard and cared about every time. They are not experienced, they do not know what they are doing and they will send you away with generic answers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR EYES. They will leave you in pain, RUIN your vision and do NOTHING about it. Aman Larijani - you have my contact details.

Please be less pushy in forcing people to make quick decisions - it may be routine for you guys, but it isn't for us... I had my consultation yesterday, and as one other person said, i felt pressured into making a decision - but held my ground. Optometrist was lovely though, it was the sales person / technician who was incredibly pushy.
Have yet to make a decision as to whether to go ahead with it or not.

The worst experience i could possibly encounter. I thought it being located on harley street i would get treated in a decent manner. they told me the consultation would last 2 hours. 1hr30 of that time i watched two episodes of friends and T4 on the beach. I, had to tell THEM what was wrong with my eyes and i assumed as a expert company, THEY could tell ME. absolutely terrible! they gave me the price for my eyes (£395 is just advertisement to get you in dont believe it!) and it was a reasonable £2590, however the pressure i received was UNBELIEVABLE. they spent 45mins alone trying to get my account number so she can do a finance check on me, despite telling her, I WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT. thinking is not an option to them, and the immense pressure is really a put off! all they clearly cared about was trying to offer me a "good deal" on my eyes if i booked it that week. a good deal? my eyes are not a pair of slippers, i only have one pair of eyes and they are for a lifetime. i said i will need to talk to my partner about the money and timing of things. unbelievably she brought the surgeon in to try and persuade me to pay a £400 deposit. talk about PRESSURE and BULLIED! after an hour of finally getting through to them they sat me in the waiting room so they can make me a payment package. so i was prepared to wait another 30 mins. as soon as a family came in saying they would like to get laser eye surgery done and they can pay today, everybody ran to them to snatch the sale. the people that were dealing with me left me sitting there for 40 mins while they dealt with the family. so obviously my eyes were NOT a priority but making their monthly commission was. i actually thought i was on being punked and thats not exaggerating. if anybody has any sense please dont buy into this straight away, go away and think about it.
