Very poor service. The store is very small and has a poor range of glasses. It is the smallest in Putney. I don't imagine it gets much repeat custom as it seems to be surly and brusque foreigners scamming the natives. The man who did my eye test rushed it and was surly. He did not do the usual lighting red and green, merely a quick this alright and over.

It is by far the smallest eye store in Putney. Do not believe any special offers which they use to tempt you in. Because of their narrow range and hostile and scamming staff, it isn't worth anything - ie they send you a voucher through the post.

I had been wearing lenses for 25 years and had (stupidly) not had any glasses for that long. I called ve Putney having found nowhere that could do a -5.25 and -5.50 glasses on the same day. I was in a total panic having been told I couldn't wear lenses for a week. Everyone was great, I was helped choose a style, and the glasses were ready in half an hour. Wow!
