A To Z 4U

I'm only giving it 3 stars as my parcel reached its destination. But I'm very upset as my parcel had a perfume with lipstick and the man behind the counter told my perfume can't go and he kept that aside saying he will try to send but later came to know, he didn't send it. When asked where is my perfume, he said he threw it away in the bin. How can anyone throw it away without asking the concerned person? We went back to collect it but he had really thrown it away. How unprofessional?? Would never parcel through this service again and won't recommend to anyone. I'm very angry and upset.
