I asked to do scan copies, it was before 5 minutes to close and I got all copies and the copies were sent to my mail. I was very glad and my family often to use this shop.

A joke indeed, not only did they prefer to discuss how to do something on the computer then serve me, the employees were rude and charged two pounds to tape the sides of a small box 20cm long! I've used other MBE branches and they were great. . This one tarnishes the chains great reputation. Never again Chiswick

I used mailboxes services first time and it was amazing. Normally I am not a person who will go online and write a review but the service they provide was just wonderful. Their manager and staff went out of their way to help me with my shipping. Would like to thanks a lot to all of them. I will surely recommend their services to others. Many Thanks.

Your branch in Chiswick is an absolute joke! Your website offers business card printing via their branch. Not only did they have no idea they offered such a service, they had no idea what to do or even what digital embossing was. Neither did they have any basic comprehension of print or photoshop or any basic IT skills. I had to show them how to open a document, explain what CMYK was, their monitor was set up incorrectly and displaying images at disproportionate resolutions - which I had to adjust for them in order to preview my designs correctly. The customer service was horrendous

I go there maybe once a month. Always seems to be something more important going on than my business. Even if I'm the only customer - I still end up waiting. Generally most employees lack competence in advising what the best method of sending something is. You better know exactly what you want before going. Even if it looks like I finally got thru - there's the language barrier. Oh and Royal Mail is cash only.

I phoned this firm to collect a rare atlas from Chiswick Auctions. The first problem was getting them to understand what an atlas was, and then what a book was. They said they would collect it in two days. A week later I had heard nothing. I phoned, and they said they would collect the same day which they did. Four days later the book arrived, very lightly packed in a thin layer of bubblewrap and placed in a box far larger than the book. No extra packing had been put in the box so the book had been rattling around in the box. This firms is supposed to be a professional art packer. I have seen Christmas presents packed by five years olds which would have been more secure. Best avoided.
