The staff are rude, abrupt and aggressive. Recently I had to DHL some urgent documents through this shop. They put a typo in my email address. When I went in to again to enquire why I had not received a tracking email he said " Check your spam" without even looking. When he bothered to check, he could see that a typo caused the non delivery. When this happens, there is an automatic email message that the address could not be found. They would have had this, but couldn't care to contact me ( mobile number provided) to let me know. These documents were urgent. A simple apology would have been great - but you will not get one in this shop. Rude, abrupt to the point of attempting to be scary. As they have a monopoly at the moment with other DHL outlets closed, this is unfortunately reflected in the prices and attitudes of the staff members in this shop. Avoid it!

I have used Notting Hill Mailbox for both their duplicating and mailing services and have found the staff remarkably efficient, helpful, skilled and polite. I feel lucky to have them in the area . . . .

I live outside of London and contacted Mailboxes to collect goods I had won from an auction company. There were issues with the auction house but the staff at Mailboxes were very helpful and patient even though my problems took up a great deal of their time.
