First time I bought paint from these guys they were great and very helpful. I then asked them to order me some paint in - I made clear I needed it for a certain date. When I went to collect the paint it was not there. I told them this caused me a problem as I had painters in the following day. The response was that 'these things happen', maybe they could get the paint after the weekend ( way too late for my painters). Really disappointing after the first great service - not sure I would use them again given the apparent total lack of concern that they had not delivered as promised.
