All the staff in Shaftsbury avenue are amazing!
I'm a regular customer there and feel like it's my second home as they always treat me like a friend and are constantly giving me brilliant service.
Too many names to mention, but honestly all of them are super helpful, from Tatyana, Florin, Laz, Viktor, Gerard, Aiden, Chris and everyone else, a great team!

I would imagine that this branch of Leyland SDM do a roaring trade with monosyllabic men who know exactly what code number of what paint brush they want, especially if it comes from the mythic, secret area "behind the till". However, if you seek help with you exactly what brush you want or where anything is in the shop you will be met by a gruff line of extremely rude staff, none of whom is willing to help you beyond making you feel small and inadequate. Who knew that painting and decorating was such a secret, masonic world. I would like to nominate this shop as the least helpful in London.

Leyland were very wise when they employed John. He is a great manager, with a great team.
