Scooby Doo's

I have been using them for the last 18 months where I've been taking my 3 toy poodle there every 2 months.
Where I've normally been pleased with the service.

I get everyone can have an off day. This was by far not there best work. Am sure my dogs was used so someone could get some practice.
This is the first time I have been so disappointed with not 1 but all 3 of my dogs grooms!!!
I was called told they were ready. Got there waiting outside in the cold for 10 min.
Once the door open my toy my poodle Coco tried to bult outside he was not secure in his carrier. or on a lead inside the groomer's.I was in total shock but had I not acted quickly he could of been run over by a passing car as the shop opens onto a main road.
There was no apology nothing.

She could tell I was not happy with the groom's my dogs had received. Told me she will not brush them out!! Which is fine I by me as I would rather her not touch them at all than give me something I'm not happy with.
As £150 is not cheap!!!
Instead I was told to find somewhere if i don't like it.

This is not the kind of service I expected, you behaved unprofessional.
I will not be coming back through your doors again.
