Pets Perfection

I have been taking my dogs to be groomed at Pets perfection since they opened in 2005. What drew me to them first was that the dogs are groomed as soon as they arrive and are not kept in cages for hours as is common in some other grooming parlours, which can be very stressful for some dogs. The standard of grooming is extremely high with attention being paid to the breed standard. Any instructions are always carried out. Just as importantly, the dogs are made a big fuss of. When I pick up my dogs, they are always relaxed, sitting on a sofa in the parlour, looking and smelling gorgeous.

I am a pet owner who loves animals. I sadly thought that anyone who owned a pet grooming shop would feel the same. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! These guys are absolute cowboys who do not care for the wellbeing of your animal. Instead, they are much more concerned with how much money they can con out of you. I thought that my awful experience was maybe an isolated incident, but have since learned - through talking to other pet owners who have had the misfortune of placing trust in these people - that in fact their standard practice leaves A LOT to be desired... I am not the type of person to complain about services (unless absolutely necessary),however wholly feel the need to warn loving pet owners about this terrible establishment. If I could award half a star I would as I think a whole star is too generous in this case. Don't take your pet here if you care about them and certainly beware of their extortionate prices of services that are quite frankly a disgrace!
