Bought my meyers parrot here about 25-30 years ago. :-) Still got her and still recall the care and attention the owner gave me in the shop. Handled the birds so they came semi trained. 25 or is it 30 years down the line and I'm still happy :-)

Very nice pet shop with friendly staff and a big variety of birds, kittens, parrots, fish (tropical) and cold water, reptiles. I went in there with my 6 year old daughter she asked if we could go in to have a look and we was greeted by the owner of the shop he showed us all the pets he has and even let my daughter hold a corn snake and macaw parrot. He has made my daughters day and for that I would highly recommend this pet supplier will definitely be buying my next pet from there.

I've been buying meat from here for the last 10 years. The selection if meats is exceptional and the service is always fantastic.

I Bought a African Grey Parrott about a year ago and he is still going very strong. My supplies i tend to buy from them still as they are cheap and good quality.
They seam to know what they are talking about in terms of what a new owner will need to learn how to look after these birds and have everything i need to entertain him

I would like to say that he coustomer service i receive when i go to magris pet shop is top quality i give it 10/10 i have been going there for years, i would not shop any where els even though i live near romford id rather travell the distance because the pets are well looked after and everything..

bought a kitten last week and a canary and a budgie found staff very friendly and helpful took them all to the vets to be checked they all have very good health i would highly recommend this shop to family friends found this shop very clean and tidy for a pet shop and all animals look healthy

This pet shop has be the best in east london the shop is very clean and the staff are so helpful especially father and son ( tony and jonathan ) they know exactly what they are talking about :) all our pets have lives long happy lives due to the advice we have been given over the last 20years

ive been using this shop several times and have had never had any problems with the animals or staff. i bough a parrot about 4 years ago and till this day i still have it, no problems with it, still living great. ive also bough rabbits, fish, ginue pig for my childrens and i would highly recommend magris pets to family and friends.

I bought a couple of budgies and a kitten i found the staff very helpful, had no problems at all shop was very clean animals look very healthy very pleased with them had no troubles at all

BEWARE of buying birds from this pet shop. I bought a budgie from here that turned out to be infested with burrowing mites and very malnourished. I took him to the vet and spent a fortune on the consultation, medicine and special food and vitamins. my advice is, if you want a good healthy bird, go to a breeder! I DO NOT recommend this pet shop at all.

Beware of ANY bird u buy at this pet store! We bought a budgie in April of this yeAr. Upon getting him home we noted his beak looked deformed or not quite formed. I called the store and they said to bring him back. So I did and was treated like a fool by the manager...he looked at the bird and looked at me and was like 'well what's your problem w this bird?' and I replied in amazement 'well look at his beak. What's wrong with him?!' long story short he assured me NOTHING was wrong with the bird that a bit of Vaseline on his beak wouldn't cure! Well! Not only did it not cure my bird but after taking him to a vet we found the bird was INFESTED w mites and was malnourished !! The attitude of the manager was appalling and condescending ....had he been honest straight up our little bird needn't have suffered as we would've gone straight away to vet instead if waiting to see how Vaseline treatment worked! We spent 89£ at that pet shop plus 40 £ to get to shop upon buying bird and another 40£ to take him backed to be checked ! Then another 160£ on a exotic vet to get our bird on the path to wellness and it's still ongoing!
So beware of this store and deceitful sales people!! Clearly he knew that bird was ill! Our recommendation is stay clear of buying birds there!!!
