This is a family business run by at least 3 generation. They are the locals. I would rather go to Tropica Fish because they offer good service.

I have been treated very well each time I have been. They are very helpful with advice and information about equipment you use. The fishes are very good and quality. Would recommend anyone to go for help and to buy.

A good variety of fishes, the shop staff are however a bit rough and aren't too focused on reassuring time slots to customers that need help which isn't amazing.

I feel as if they are friendly it's just the way they talk to customers could easily be considered rude or assertive.

There are dead fish here and there but I think the reason why they don't worry too much about this is because there are certain fish that require other whole fish in their diet and so whenever one dies I have seen them be fed to the large catfish e.g.

I would suggest a calmer and more attentive attitude whilst serving customers however the staff are certainly good with making sure that people have the right setup and can take care of their fish before selling to anyone which is definitely good

Variety of fishes, staffs are busy just be patient and wait for your turn to be served. They all very knowleageble and will help you to select the right type fishes for your tank.
Otherwise you will end up buying the wrong fishes and eat all other spices in the tank.

staff are not at all interested in customers only in their mobile phones. i saw 3 dead fish in different tank's
and water scale marks running down , many tank's
could be the staff were busy serving the customers lol
and the goldfish were mostly infected with white spot.

Atrocious customer service and impossible to get any assistance within this store. they rely on the variety of fish to attract customers. there are way better, friendlier fish stores within the city.

A good fish shop with a wide range of fish, plants and accessories.

One thing they need to sort out is the number of dead and dying fish in tanks, which is consistently and unacceptably high. You'd think they would notice this and do something about it! Apparently not.
