Very poor customer experience. Condescending male chauvenistic attitudes at Garth Road & egotistical sales attitudes at Colliers Road. Witnessed extreme rudeness with 3 other customers in shop / phone calls when being served over 5 visits to the shop and experienced it myself. What a real shame as showroom options & product knowledge are excellent. If owners invest their staff on customer experience & voice of the customer training they would have repeat business but right now for me very much soured.

I brought my bathroom from the show room in other shop inn coilers wood
Got to Garth road to pick up my items in which was a lot of products over was a few trips the staff was helpful a very polite and even helped me with the purchases to the car from there warehouse

Disastrous - took our money (a lot of it) and then failed to deliver anything on time. No apologies. Zero customer service. Avoid!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service once they have your sale. Avoid at all costs
