I used the post office today to return a parcel, a bit of a queue , although only one counter open it wasn't a long wait.
However walking up the stairs you could not miss the dirt on each step.
When reaching the shop floor it was littered with bits of rubbish, there was a waste bin that needed emptying and a small table with strips of paper left on it.
It was not a pleasant environment to shop or wait in a queue.

Very short staffed.
Have to do the Business Banking in there every day.
Anything up to half hour wait every single day. Just unacceptable.
