THey are very nice and super efficient.

Always a pleasant experience.

I have been using the Battersea Bridge Post office for 26 years. And the man and his family who run it are rude beyond belief. They talk to you like you are dirt and the enemy. They never smile they sneer they are hostile. When I used to get my child benefit they made me feel like a beggar and I dreaded going in. I have just been in to post a parcel and again I was treated like a thief so I spoke out to him and he sneered back if you don't like this post office use another one. Why do people like him have a job that we the public pay for. Can't the Royal Mail teach their employees some customer service. I know a lot of people living in the area and not one person has a nice thing to say about him and his manner it's seen as a joke the grumpy man at the post office. If he hates dealing with the public may I suggest to goes and works behind the scenes sorting the mail and put a more pleasant and people facing person behind the counter. Rant over
