Waited in line for over 35 mins. Not enough staff . Would have used self service but from previous experience if you get a problem either no one to help or it means someone from behind the counter has to leave the queue to help. Which is what happened today so the line got longer and longer. This is not the first occasion I have had to wait but this was the worst wait time. The staff are pleasant enough but it must be difficult for them.

Terrible service. 1 person behind the counter and a huge queue of disgruntled customers. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. There should be 4 members of staff working behind the counter not 1....
