Post Office

There is a son and father duo. The son is okay but the father is horrible. He doesn’t know how to deal with parcels. He has sent my parcel to a wrong person three times and when the mistake is done, they don’t take responsibility but shout at customers. Threaten them by saying I will call the police on you. Who would not be further if someone sends your parcel to wrong address three times and you spend you own money each time to do it.
Very poor service. Avoid at all cost.

I have been going to thus post office for a very long time. The service is always good,but today it was absolutely fantastic. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. I couldn't get in because of my dog and she helped me out. She served me without waiting in the queue and she brought me back my top up keys when she done the transaction. She made me feel so nice, so I would like to say a big thank you. There is still good people around and good things should happen in 2023! Happy New Year!
