Not sure if I would recommend or not. I have had many good experiences at the Post Office with pleasant, helpful staff. A few weeks ago, I was returning a parcel and trying to use the scanning machine. I tried to use the machine but didn't realise that it was the wrong type of package that wasn't compatible. The man behind the desk got annoyed with me and then shouted at me saying that somebody had broken the machine a while back doing the same thing. I was so upset. I truly didn't know and was having a really bad day and I left in tears.
