Waited for 20minutes until someone bothered to show up (I did ring multiple times) .I asked what happened to my parcel (seller says it was delivered but no note from the postman). She was rude and told me I have no common sense for asking at the post office instead of checking with neighbours first. She seemed genuinely upset that I bothered her to ask a question.

My local post office they do great ccustomer service and I would mention two people serve you with smile on there face is fatima and saddia. There are friendly. I go to my post office 2 three times a day. Thank you guys very much post office white chape. I would recommend eneyone to go to posts office in white chapel.
