Post Office

Polite, great staff. Get the job done swiftly and very efficiently. Lucky to have a local post office with nice people running it.

Conveniently located for the area. The guy gets his job done and often is jolly happy which is great. I. Don't understand why anyone would complain about it when this is the only local post office around. At least don't have to go all the way to canary wharf post office where you have to wait as well and the staff always try to sell something BT to you.

Unfair comments below... chap behind the counter is friendly enough and works at a reasonable pace. Yes, if there is a queue then you have to wait, sometimes for 10-15 minutes, but you get your parcel posted without going to a main post office (where I often have to wait 10-15 minutes anyway!). It's a local Post Office and it does the job, just make sure you allow the time needed, which is less time than it would take to travel to another Post Office if this one closed!

Service is ridiculously slow and staff have no understanding of customer service. I have never been to a post office that makes you stick the stamps on yourself and measure the width's of your letter before you take it to the counter. Please improve!

If I could I would give this business a 0/10. They have no customer service skills, they do not want to help or go the extra mile. They move slowly. Basically, if I had a choice to use their service I would not choose to go there. They are terrible!
