Printers that are just squeezing you for money every step of the way. Avoid these people at all costs, one person quotes a price over the phone, another jacks up the price by 400% in store.

Very disappointing service. The prints were damaged when I received them through no fault of my own (roller marks from their printer). These guys wouldn't accept any responsibility and wanted to charge me 50% on top of what I've already paid to reprint. I now have unusable prints I've paid for and have to start from scratch elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the service, two newsprint posters delivered poorly packed, rolled in a tube without any other protection. One print displaying roller marks from printer - both unfit for purpose. Display themselves as a creative company but in this case unable to deliver to the needs of a creative client. Would not provide a replacement and suggested that I was at fault for existing damage. Need to think more carefully about packing/delivering fragile items in the future.
