One of the last bastions of top-drawer printing. Great service and great quality. A one-stop shop. I would be lost without them.

I have used Printline many times over about 8 years and have nothing but praise for their service. They are quick, efficient, helpful and creative and their prices are very reasonable - in fact I have on occasion had to check invoices because they seemed too low. I have often needed help with printing and sending documents at very difficult times - illness and disability in the family, bereavement, moving house etc. - and their tact, kindness and rapid turnaround has been much appreciated. Lovely people, high quality work, very fair prices - what more could you ask? I have now moved about 5 miles away, yet still brave parking fines etc. to come back to Belsize Park to use them, and they are as good and as nice as ever. The person who left a nasty review of this business must have been having a very bad day and has very poor judgement.

I think the last reviewer may have had a problem of their own, as I have used Printline in the past and they were incredibly helpful and did a wonderful job on a tri-fold brochure. I called last week to see if they had indeed changed hands since my last visit - but no, they had not - so I went along again with two other jobs of posters and several hundred two-sided colour postcards. As had been my last experience - they were hugely helpful, thoughtful and efficient - AND rushed the order through well before I had expected. They are a great team at Printline and I would not go anywhere else for any print job. I recommend them wholeheartedly and with no hesitation.

This business must have changed hand since 2009 from the other comments. Really cannot be applied to the staff I met today. Initially went to Royal Free Library, the librarians recommended me to go to a print shop as it cost 70p per colour page print at the library.

When I got to the shop they said it would cost 70p per page with every first page of a file costing £2?!! I said it was more expensive than the library, the managerial person there basically told me I was lying/bluffing, because he "knew how much it costs to print at the library" and "we do not really need this job" as they already had 5 jobs to do. He might as well told me to go away.

I barely said anything and to get such a response. Customer service????????

I went back to the Royal Free libary, where the staff were nice, helpful, and smiled (!) I got the job done within 20minutes and at a cheaper price of 70p per page.

This is the first time I've written a review on a shop. I usually let bad customer service wash over me but the printline staffs' derisive attitude was so astouding I had to record this in the interest of other people looking for a similar service.

I'm biased as I used to work there, but Harry will bend over backwards to help you, and there is not much Bill doesnt know about the print trade and what can be done for little money.

If you go there, say Geordie said "give me a discount" lol

Always good service, excellent knowledge and advice and all done with a smile and a positive slant. I drive past 2 other print shops to get there which says it all!
